COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Bryggeren har med sin Påske Ale skabt en fyldig og maltet øl, der komplimenterer påskebordets lækkerier på bedste vis. De anvendte malte giver en anelse højere restsødme, mens de amerikanske humler bidrager med en raffineret, frugtagtig aroma. Brygget er tilsat kandis i lagertanken for at fremme en yderligere gæring.
Brygget af bygmalt, hvedemalt, kandis og humle.

Bottled. Amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. ARoma of caramel, ripe fruits, some sweetness and sugar. Flavour is quite sugary and full of dark fruits and some caramel. spice and sugar notable. Medium bodied. Has a sweet and slightly alcoholdense end.

Clearrge/browlook wih a small baige hed. Floraland gassy hop aroma with lots of malt giving it notes of bred. Medium bitter flavr wit a strong thick alchohol palate, some metallic notes and a solid amoung of malty and sugery sweetness.

Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, light moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, grapefruit notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, warm flavor, licorice - anis hops. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110416]

25-APR-2011, bottle from "Superbest". Yellow with white head. Fruity, malty, bready. A little sweetness accompanied by some bitterness and then an alcoholic bitterness that I am not so fond of.
