COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brygget er tilsat kandis i lagertanken for at fremme en yderligere gæring.
Brygget af bygmalt, hvedemalt, kandis og humle.

Bottle. A clear, dark amber beer topped by a finger-thick, off-white to light beige head. Nice, citrusy, piney and pineapple aroma with maltyness in the back. Hints of alcohol as well. Rather sweet on the palate, full-bodied and slightly warming. Bitter and caramel sweet flavor with pinecones and some dried fruits. Bitter finish with the same fruity sweetness found initially. A rather decent beer that I can’t really see as an Easter beer, but it’s nice anyway. 110612
