3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, 50 cl. Poues black with a brownn head. Aroma has mint chocolates, sweet liquorice, a really funny mint characteristic, brown sugar, dark burned caramel, but I gotta say that the mont dominates the aroma for me. Taste is mnore harsh and roasted, coffee, hard liquorice, a bit metalllic, some dark chocolate, a bit of the mint, and the hops come through here. The aroma seems more balanced than the taste. But a really delicious beer indeed.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Pours a pitch black color with a frothy white head. Aroma is faintly hoppy, with roasted malts, chocolate and liqourice. Flavor is again faintly hoppy, with alot of roasted malt and chocolate, along with some ashy and liqourice notes. The body is full with a creamy mouthfeel. Overall a really nice beer, one of the best from Thisted.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours black, with a medium khaki-colored head. Nose is milk chocolate with hints of licorice and alcohol. Taste is mild roastiness with some sour tones in the back, along with hints of coffee and traces of dark chocolate. The Ronkedor (a beer that surely would have difficulties being released in Norway due to the obscene implications of its name in Norwegian, btw :-D) is a well-made and quite pleasant porter, but lacks both the volume and the complexity needed for me to give it a high rating. Thisted and C.S. Andersen from Beer Here together? I’d expect something *more*, and in my opinion the brew doesn’t make that cut...

500 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 8.5%. Black colour, big brown head. Lovely aroma of dark malts and fruity hops, hints of liquorice and coffee. The flavour is roasty with strong notes of coffee, fairly dry, hints of liquorice and dark chocolate, maybe some smoke too. "Dusty" and bitter finish and aftertaste.

3.8 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, 2010-07-01, Göteborg, bought in Vejle, DK this very spring!
AR: coffey, and chocolate, a quite big body but not so heavy
AP: julmust colored, julmust foam - that small bubbly (loads of carbonation) and a feeling of loads of sugar
F: great bitterness, the flavours are not as heavy as one can expect, a warming feeling - almost on the edge that the alcohol flavor will be present

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Shared with svoger and beerbiker at my bicycle weekend debut. Very dark almost opague brown with a thick foamy brown head. Heavy roasted chocolate aroma, alchohol and caramel. Alchohol in the flavor aswell balanced by hard roasted malts leaving bitterness and sugery caramel leaving sweetness.
