UPDATED: JAN 7, 2011 330 ml bottle, 9% vrsion . Dark golden body with a small off-white head. Aroma is malty with a hint of caramel. Flavor is moderate sweet malt, with a hint of caramel and a mild bitter finish. Totally OK with a pretty clean flavor, but actually a bit boring. There is not so many flavors to describe here. Surprisingly balanced to be this light flavored beer at 9% alcohol.

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet. Dense, beige foamy head, slowly fading over a clear, amber body. Vaguely aroma of sweet malts. Some x-mas feel to the taste with honey sweetness and yuletide spices, mixed with dried fruits. Welcoming bitter endnotes, but still a bit too sweet on the swallow. Rather hidden alcohol. Medium to full bodied [At home in Tromsø, 06.12.2008].

Bottle. Nice yellow color with a big lasting white head. Aroma: Straw, hops, malt and alc. Taste: The sweetness from the malt is balanced well by the bitternes. Medium high carbonation. The high alc gives a warming finish. I like it.

0.33 l bottle. Copper color with long lasting head. Malty, bready, caramelly and berryish aroma with some alcohol and some tart fruitiness. Malty, caramelly, bready, slightly grainy and slightly fruity flavor. Soft rounded palate. The malt character could be fresher.

Bottle from MiP, thanks! Pale golden color. Malt and a hint of cardemom in the aroma. Malty, flowery flavor with honey and cardemom. Hint of raspberry and cardemom in the aftertaste. Sticky mouthfeel.

Bottle. Large bubbly white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Clear yellow color. Aroma of grain, grass, floral, hay. Over the palate came mild dusty grainy floral feel with alcohol as the base of this beer. Light to medium bodied with a mild dry and alcoholic texture. Light sweet flavor with some sharp bitterness. Light floral and dry finish.
