A somewhat hoppy aroma with a pleasant, malty backbone. Faint hints of cardboard. Weakbodied, medium carbonated, oily texture and a short, sweet finish. The taste is mildly bitter with lightly skunky notes. Girlfriend says: "A bit boring. Nothing special."

Bottled @ Christiania named Christiania Okologisk Thy Pilsner. Drank straight from the bottle ofcourse, but color is probably pale yellow with a small frothy white head. Soft hoppy, bit grainy aroma. Bit bitter taste. Ah well, it’s just for the tick right?

Bottle. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of hop with a slight skunky note in the finish. Bitter taste if hops with a sourish finish. Dry aftertaste. Not bad!
