Ar: Apples, some barnyard, white grapes, a touch of sulfur.
Ap: Crystal-clear yellow-gold - medium white head with medium-low retention, but a nice ring of lacing - streaming carbonation.
T: Medium-sweet up front - tart green apple, some tannin - a little bit of hay and chalk - long mineral and apple finish.
P: Medium-light body with medium-high carbonation - finish is very dry.
O: Delicious and refreshing hard cider - has some rustic edges - dry enough to be quite drinkable - yum!

500 mL bottle from Beer Run. Pours a clear pale yellow color with a thin fizzy white head. Aroma of dark apple notes, sweet, with some maple, earth, vanilla and citrus characteristics. Very appealing and inviting. The taste is tart apples with a sweet finish and notes of vanilla and pear. Medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Very nice cider.

Bottle- Pours a thin golden color. Aroma is pretty weak but has apple with a hint of brown sugar. Taste is a very well balanced neither the tart nor sweet wins out. One of the best ciders I’ve had in a while.

500 ml. Clear topaz with a lasting eight inch of foam. Nose of caramel and fresh apples. Flavor is better, with more crisp fresh apple, pear, and less vanilla and caramel. Light body has medium carbonation, is to the sweet side, but is fairly drinkable.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pour is a clear yellow with no head. Aroma is a decent apple, sugar and honey. Flavor is also very nice. Fresh blast of apple with a little sweetness but nothing overpowering. Nice cider and I can’t get over how fresh that apple is in the flavor. Like right off the tree apple flavor.

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours very light gold with a few bubbles. Very light and clean aroma of apple. Nothing cooked about it. Near med body. This is both tart and sweet. Pretty astringent. Yet it finishes almost sweet. Nice drink.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, in Scotland 2011. A pretty solid cider. Color was as what expected. Aroma was nice; fruity, sugar and floral. Flavor had a nice sweetness to it, apples and fruit. An enjoyable cider.
