Cider is matured in Whisky Casks from Glen Moray Distillery. Just enough time passes for the cider to absorb the distinctive tones of the oak and Highland single malt.

(bottle) clear pale golden colour with no head. aroma of mostly bread dough, apple juice and vanilla, slightly boozy, with prominent notes of highland scotch and wax. flavour is mostly the same, lots of single malt and vanilla, quite sweet, with some light apple juice, brown sugar and a semi-dry finish. full-bodied with soft carbonation.

From a bottle. Very pale golden body with excellent clarity but virtually no head. Mild whisky barrel aromatics with a faint fruitiness, mostly Apple. Bolder and much fruitier flavor but too sweet. Suitable only as an aperitif.

Bottle down at the beach house. Poured a super clear piss yellow with some large white bubbles. Aroma is like cheap champagne and a touch of sour apples. Flavor is light and refreshing with some apple crispness and a hint of wood. Body is good for a cider, thin with just a touch of carbonation.

Color is light yellow as white wine. Aroma of fresh tart apples with some wood in the background. Taste is an explosion of sweetness. Sweetness is not bad but leaves little room for other flavors on my palette. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale golden, sweet aroma of green apple. Very sweet but not in a bad way, taste is in fact very delicate and the sweetness doesn’t leave that annoying sugary after taste. Booze is fantastically hidden. Delicious.

Sweet and soft aroma. Fruity and doughy. Very soft and smells like sweets. Really delicious. Bet it's really strong. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draught at the Michael Balcon JDW, Clear pale gold with a faint aroma of sweet apples. Too sugary and one-dimensional for my taste, not sufficiently redeemed by the distant hints of whisky and lemon.

Draft at the Grumpy Toe .. . Pours a very light gold .. No real foam .. Sweetness is bold, whisky is balanced and tasty .. Nothing too complex but a nice cider sipper.. . . Your ears look like jug ears

Bottle. Thanks rayaron. Very pale yellow. Smell of sulphur, wood, green apples and white wine. Sweet, woody, spicy, notes of citrus and green apples. Medium-bodied, OK, but too sweet.

Bottle sample. Very clear and light yellowish, somewhat watery, with no head. Aroma of apple with notes of wood. Sweet flavor of apple, a bit alcoholic, notes of citrus (lemon), sugary with notes of wood, dry. Soft carbonation, light-bodied.
