COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A flavoursome cider, made potent in the wood! Matured in ex Glenglassaugh casks for six months to nurture the natural characteristics of the cider, this rarefied, medium dry cider develops, as you might anticipate, into a full bodied Scottish Classic.

Bottle. Clear golden pour with standard white head. Heavy whiskey and oak in the nose and flavor. Too much in fact. Some nice apple gets overpowered by the whiskey. Instead of a robust cider, it ends up turning into a tart, weak whisky.

Bottle. Aroma is nice woody with pronounced coconut. Apples rather in the background. Clear yellow colour. Taste is sweet with light background wood, pleasant refreshing touch of sourness. Coconut finish. Extremely well balanced, extremely tasty, extremely drinkable.

On cask at the Bow Bar. Appearance - some head. The top third of the glass has a haze. Nose - dried fruit such as orange maybe some fruit. Taste - as Neil says it just tastes like fresh apple juice. Palate - medium bodied with a big tangy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - better than I expected.

500ml bottle. Clear yellow gold colour, bubbly white head that dissipates away, and aroma of honey & sourish apple. Taste is sweet, honey, toffee, fruity, plus hints of wood & whisky, along with sour apple notes. Slightly syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dryish & sweet appley finish. Quite drinkable.
