COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cider is matured in Whisky Casks from Glen Moray Distillery. Just enough time passes for the cider to absorb the distinctive tones of the oak and Highland single malt.

Bag in a box at Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Clear bright gold colour lasting white head. Apple juice aroma not much whisky. Some sweetness and orange juice from the whisky. Slight whisky aroma touch of oak on the finish.

Bottle @ home. Pours with a pale golden colour, almost no head. Aroma is applish, quite faint, but taste is simply amazing: very strong and rich, apple but also other fruit and things going on in the background. Whisky casks really help the cider develop; I was dubious before, but now I know it’s true.

33cl bottle at home. Clear transparent with no head. Quite some carbonation on a light to medium body. Pretty sweet with some oaky tones. Although I’m not that much of a cider fan, this is quite nice.

Scopey (11523) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 15, 2016
Bottle from Tesco Danestone. It pours clear yellow with no head whatsoever. The aroma is bitter - sweet, earthy, musty, funk, apple pie, vanilla, earth and oak. The taste is crisp, sweetish, apple crumble, vanilla, apple tango, subtle whisky (I personally would have preferred more) and golden syrup with a dryish finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. I fine this a bit too sweet if truth be told. If I remember rightly I had this once before on cask, which was a fair bit better. OK.

Bottle, Anchorage pre-flight car bottle share. Pours brilliantly clear pale yellow with a brief deScription effervescent white head. Aroma is sweet apple, lightly earthy and honey notes. Flavor is sweet honey apple, light oak and earthiness with a sweet finish. Light body and nearly still.

Parking lot bottle in Anchorage with BeerandBlues2. Clear golden color, few bubbles. Aroma has vanilla and apple. Taste has apple flesh and light vanilla. Barrel is subtle, which is probably a good thing.

Apples and peat. Pours clear pale gold with a few bubbles. Sweet apple with a peaty undertone. Very smooth. Very nice.

Towey1989 (1504) - Stoke On Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - JAN 10, 2016
Draught at The Roebuck, Leek (Titanic) A clear straw colour with no head. Aroma of sweet apple, pear and a little toffee. Taste is sweet of apple, pear, slight whisky, a little oak and subtle toffee. Medium bodied and flat carbonation. A sweetish, slight toffee, apple finish. You can really taste the whisky when you take the time to savour it, nice oak and toffee flavours. Not too alcoholic. Highly recommended.

Theydon_Bois (15881) - Tourist Town (West), Berkshire, ENGLAND - DEC 28, 2015
Keg at the Bootlegger, High Wycombe, 27/12/15. Clear light golden with a decent off white covering that retains well for a cider. Nose is tangy apple, straw, light smoke, subtle whisky. Taste comprises apple orchard, light sugar, straw, whisky vibes. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Decent cider, the whisky dumbs down the sweetness. Decent.

bottle, xmas pressie from graeme. had it while watching jurassic world last night. frigid painfully single thirtysomething chick battles oppression from grizzled white cishet army men and manmade patriarchylizards all while wearing highheels and not wanting to have kids, greatest feminist fable of all time. anywayz this pours hazy yellow with barely any head. looks sticky sweet. smells a lot like champagne. tastes of spiced apples, pears, oaky whisky hints. its really sugary but i liked it quite a lot
