1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Looking at my tasting notes, the one word that jumps out at me is "blecch". I just didn’t like this beer at all. Too fruity in the nose, an over-carbonated mouthfeel (I was thinkin’ seltzer water) and a wet cardboard taste, with a hint of sweet caramel to it. So far, the Thomas Creek stuff has failed to deliver anything that I found intriguing.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a cloudy red/orange, decent head which diispates quickly. A faint citrus/flowery aroma. Some malty, fruity taste, but not as much as their Red Ale. The side of the bottle said "ARGH!!"..No shit, Captain!! More hops than the Red Ale, not as much flavor, slighlty watery mouthfeel (always try to work "mouthfeel" in a review when I can).

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This seems to be the hoppier version of the red. It’s definitely better and more interesting. Relatively clear amber body. Ok head. A bit of tingling hops in the aroma keep the malt from being too dull.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled from bottle, a gift from Dansting. Pours relatively clear orange-amber with a creamy tan head. Aroma is dominated by toasted malts with some ripe fruit notes. Flavor is clean and malty with a hint of citrus. Balance leans towards sweet. Medium-ligh body and light carbonation. An all-around good beer.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Old notes from Decatur Beerfest 05. Ambery color, decent heard. Caramel malty aroma, a touch of nuts and some hop. More caramel malt flavors, somewhat sweet, with some moderately balanced hop flavors. Thin and a bit watery unfortunately.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours amber red with a thin white head. Smells fruity with some breaddy notes. Taste is very similar to the red. Maybe the same beer?

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
i drank about 3 different thomas creek beers at the flying saucer in columbia. let me see if i can sort them out here. your typical amber clear color with an off white far from great head. no real nose just musings of wetness. flavor was thin and caramel in sweetness. light malting with secular non existant hops. not much to get excited about.

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
A murky orangish brown color with little head. The aroma is quite nice with a heavy dose of caramel along with some toffee and pine. The flavor is somewhat sweet with caramel standing out. I also taste some toffee and peaches. The finish is slightly bitter with a rather watery palate. Overall this is not bad.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
A light maroon color with a faint malty aroma. Mildly fizzy mouthfeel with a faint maltiness intermixed with an unpleasant twang to it that lingers lingers lingers in the aftertaste. I need to scrub my tongue now.
