Poured from a 12OZ bottle into a pint glass. Aroma- Has a nice malt and hop aroma with some spice tossed in. Appearance- A clear golden colored brew with a large slightly tan head. Taste- A very malty flavor, I really like the taste. Palate- A medium bodied beer with moderate carbonation has a dry finish. Overall- I really like this beer, thankfully it is brewed fairly local so I can acquire it.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2015 12 oz undated bottle served in Peroni glass. [from notes] Clear copper with a creamy tan head. Quite lovely but the head is short-lived. There is a lasting ring that leaves decent lacing. Very attractive aroma with a matching flavor. Fine sweet malt flavor with enough hops to produce a sweet/bitter balance. Excellent Marzen.

12 ounce bottle from Libation Station. Pours a clear copper with a large foamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of grainy malt, nuts, mild caramel. The taste is toffee, caramel, mild graininess and raisin. Thin-medium bodied.

Pint on tap. Clear orange copper with a creamy film and lace. Nose is mild caramel apple and toasted grain. Flavors of toffee apple, dry grass and toast. Finish has a nice touch of walnut and dark bread. Medium body has too much carbonation and a decent balance.

Bottle-nice toasty aroma of barley. Copper color with a medium, foamy head. Taste is malt that is crispy and not overwhelming. Some nutty flavoring on the finish. A nice understated Oktoberfest. Total wine.

12oz bottle at Bleu Cafe awhile back. Amber pour with a small khaki head. Sweetish aroma, enough hints at roasted malt to balance it out, mild chocolate even, lots of biscuit. Nice flavor - surprisingly nice. Slightly sweet, biscuity, bread, caramel, touches of chocolate. Surprisingly nice.

Bottle bought at Champanes, this lager had a clear light red-brown pour and gave a faint off-white one finger head that receded to a thin cover with a few open areas, there was generous carbonation in the glass, and this beer left nice lacing on the sides of the glass, it had aromas of malt and bread, some malt sweetness with faint earth and leaf notes, there were malty flavors that resembled toasted malt with a little bread and malt sweetness, there was a little bitterness after the finish, the mouth feel was light and creamy, there was average to lively carbonation, this was a nice Octoberfest beer drink.

Bottle from Total Wine Boca Raton. Pours brown with a thin white head. not lot on the nose. tastes of copper and funk but not in a good way. If someone said they washed their ball sack in this beer I wouldn’t be surprised. It’s just not a pleasant experience.
