Our flagship beer, this is a medium-bodied, extremely smooth Irish style red ale with an evenly roasted malt character throughout.

Poured a nice amber colour. Thin head. Malty nose. Wonderful mouthfeel with a strong malt back bone.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with a medium, frothy and creamy off-white head, long retention with good lacing. Aroma is caramel and cookie malt, pear esters and light earthy hops. Flavor is malt forward and dominant with light hops and bitterness and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Very light amber appearance. Medium light body. Flavors of sweet molases, hops, and honey. Hops right up front, w/ decent carbonation. Sweet floral/berry flavor which I don’t care for.

Pours amber with plenty of fluffy off-white head. Aroma is sweet with light fruit notes. Taste is also light and fluffy. Solid beer but not a whole lot of complexity.

355 ml bottle. Amber with coarse orange head. Aroma of malt and biscuit and not much else. Taste also very malty, adds a bit of breadyness.

Bottle from Wegmans. Pours clear copper with minimal head, lots of carbonation. The aroma is malty, nutty, some funky sweetness. The taste is caramel, nuts, a weird finish. Not good, in my opinion.

A bit meh. Drinkable but forgettable. Nice when cold on a friday "Beer" but I plan on sticking to Up The Creek by this brewery. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
