Our flagship beer, this is a medium-bodied, extremely smooth Irish style red ale with an evenly roasted malt character throughout.

Bottled. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and bread, leadinf to a dry finish.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 1/15/13

Aroma: The nose has sweet malts: toffee, caramel, and toast, with some orange and grassy hop notes
Appearance: This one pours a clear reddish-orange color with a small head and some drippy lace
Flavor: The taste is medium sweet and lightly bitter, similar to the nose, but a bit lacking/off
Palate: The body is light-medium, it has a lively carbonation, a sticky feel, and an odd finish
Overall Impression: This beer is decent, but with quite a few off/odd notes to it, it just feels a little flawed. The makings of a decent beer are there, but it doesn’t really come together.

Bottle, this ale had a light red pour with some brown color, it made a large head, about four fingers or so of faint off-white bubbles, it left some spots and small fingers of lacing on the glass, there were aromas of toasted malt, yeast and caramel, it had flavors of toasted malt and caramel with faint bread, the finish had a light bitterness, the mouth feel was light with lively carbonation, I thought the there was too much carbonation on the palate, there was a little carbonation bite on the tongue, a pretty simple beer, a nice drink.

Pour from a 12oz bottle. Clear red amber brew with two fingers of head after pouring. Aroma of malt, caramel, faint hops, a little citrus and earth. Taste is sweeter malts, moderately present, with light hops finish, A little earth at the end. Not very distinctive but very tasty.

Single bottle, Total Wine. Pour a deep amber with a thin, foamy, quickly-gone head. A little clumpy lacing. Not much in the way of aroma - a little malt, lemongrass, and something acidic. Flavor is roasted malts, caramel, and fig. Very light hops. Fairly thick body with low carbonation. Not a bad red.

Malty, but a bit light and bland. Watery finish, light hints of nut and toffee. Not a standout.
