COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This lighter style brew is a brilliant gold, clean cream ale. Fermented at lower temperatures for a smooth flavor that comes from the perfect balance of subtle malt sweetness and delicate English and American hop crispness. Very flavorful and drinkable.

Notes of citrus and ginger, but barely dedectible. Somewhat clean finish that runs to arid and dust. Could have been much better.

Sampled at the International Great Beer Expo, Rock Hill, NY. Pours a hazy yellow, mustard color. Small head, fairly good lacing. Has a sharp start taste but very smooth finish. A full bodied beer. Average drinkability. Would probably try again but not as my first choice. Serving type: bottle

On tap at Buffalo Wild Wings in Waterbury. Pours clear golden with white head. Aromas of honey, floral hops, and grain. Flavors of grassy hops, light citrus, honey, and grain. Not bad.

12 ounce bottle from Whole Foods Market Darien. Pours a clear golden amber color with a thin white head that quickly fades. Aroma of honey, toasted grain and floral hops. The taste is pale malts, honey, nutty notes and an herbal hop finish. Thin-medium bodied.

Pours a hazy orange / yellow with a medium lasting white head. Aroma and Taste has some citrus, lemon fruity notes, biscuit malt, yeast with some citrus floral hops notes. Palate is nice medium body, crisp with lively carbonation. Finish is sweet biscuit malt, fruity with some citrus and lemon flavor, some light tartness and a bit of spicy citrus floral hops for balance. Overall a good crisp and refreshing summer style ale

Pours golden, almost no head. Light, crisp taste, finishes smooth. All in all, an ok blonde ale. Nothing to write home about, but I would drink it again.

Pours a golden yellow that is ever so slightly hazy with a decent white head that lasts for the duration. Aroma is pretty weak but the beer looks alright. Pretty full-bodied, creamy, some sweetness and slight bitterness. Nothing special, but adequate refreshment for a summer day.

Upon opening, the beer exploded around the room in a foamy, white head. Half the beer was lost. Otherwise, it is a golden color with a huge whitish head. Fruity, sweet, malty, with a lingering finish.
