Sampled at the brewery. Pours amber with a cream-colored head. Aroma of caramel and pale malts plus a good amount of floral and lightly citrusy hops. Flavor the same. Average texture. A pretty good beer for the style.

This ones like Pink, slightly mediocre and not bad but not really good either. Light hops and drinkable an all around decent beer.

A solid pale ale. I’ve sampled this at Max Downtown and also had this on top at the brewery on 6/9/12. Whether it’s poor memory or the fact that it wasn’t my first brew of the night, the brewery version tasted had a better malt/hop balance. I’m surprised it says 69 IBU with an OG of only 1.052. I’d order this one again when I’m in the mood for something lighter than an IPA

Draught @ Max Fish: This one pours a hazy amber color. There was a small off white head that left some lacing. The aroma is nice. Malty, but not sweet. Some citrus and earthy hops, with a hint of biscuits. The taste is also good. A bit bitter, with a decent malt backbone. No real sweetness to it. Citrus and earthy hops, and a bit biscuity. A nice brew.

On tap at Max Burger. Pour is amber with a medium head. Aroma is spicy hops and a bit of malty sweetness. Medium in body with a lot of carbonation, but in a good way. A nice hop flavor ant bite offset by minimal malt sweetness.
