Draft at Barcade. This was like my fifth or sixth beer, so I don’t remember it too much. It was oaky.

Draft at Hop Devil. Apparently this was the only keg made. Mildly oaky, vegetal aroma, complimented a wet, veggie taste. Slight oak in the finish. A bit pungent, tough to drink, and unexciting. I think the benefits the oak imparted on this beer were far less than the hit this beer took from aging -- that is, losing most all of its character. Some beers were not meant to be aged: this is one of them.
