Pours a two finger white head that fades quickly leaving some lace. Clear pale straw color. Good carbonation and light-medium bodied. Strong watermelon nose and flavor is almost sour watermelon. $2.99 for a 12oz bottle from Julio’s Liquors Marlboro, MA. Label has 4.5% ABV.

Picked up a single at the Craft Beer Cellar in Belmont out of curiosity. Nothing special with the appearance, a pale yellow and thin head. It certainly tastes like beer... with some watermelon in it. Between sips the aftertaste veers from watermelon (actually kind of yummy) to some sort of strong vegetable (not so much). Glad I tried it, probably wouldn’t buy another.

Bottle. Does not look like watermelon. Fortunately. Hazy yellow color, tiny white head. Smells like watermelon, thankfully. Or more like Jolly Ranchers, really. Does not taste like Jolly Ranchers, happily. Bitter summer fruit. Interesting.

Poured a clear yellow color with a small wispy white head. Aroma was pretty much jolly rancher, sweetness. Flavor was some watermellon, with some bitter watermellon seed notes. Relatively refreshing.

Bottle shared by Travlr. Pours clear yellow with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with spare lacing. Aroma is heavy watermelon Jolly Ranchers with little else. Flavor is watermelon, light malt, medium bitterness with a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

Purchased from Leary’s for $1.80. Single 12 FL. OZ. bottle. To undersized snifter, it pours a sandy light yellow: trim snowy-white ringed head head barely a pinky nail in length. Aromas of sugar plums, watermelon Gushers, dank marijuana, apricot syrup, and artificial sweetener. Tastes the same wit the addition of American yeast and plastic by swallow. Seriously -- watermelon Gushers and pot? WTF! "Strangely Refreshing"... strange, yes, refreshing, no.

Pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma of Jolly Rancher watermelon. Flavor much the same with some grain. Meh.

Very good! Great smell. Good watermelon taste. Not too sweet. Bit of an aftertaste but very delicious.

Born on 3/22. 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. Pours a dark yellow body with a cap of soapy white foam. Really solid lacing. Smells like a tamer watermelon jolly rancher. Taste is again of tame jolly rancher but it finishes with a touch of cereal grain. It’s not artifical, just very sweet. Not over the top sweet though. Light and crisp, this is awfully drinkable and thirst quenching. Overall it is what it is, a watermelon beer. It’s drinkability means a lot here. Solid hot weather candidate.

Tastes just like a mix of Budweiser and KoolAid. The first sip was enough to form my opinion, though to be fair I gave it several sips before I finally poured it out and put the bottle into recycling. This is to beer, what "Boone’s farm Apple" is to wine.
