Draft sampled at Rattle N Hum with PJ. Pours a clear yellow body with carbonated lacing. Aroma is strawberries and watermelon. Mouthfeel is ultra thin and smooth with notes of strawberry, raspberry and watermelon - a great option for a refreshing, fruity ale.

Draft. Pours gold with a white head. Sweet fruity aroma, like a watermelon jolly rancher. The flavor has lighter sweet watermelon notes on a pale malty base. Pretty good.

Bottle poured into a brandy snifter. Hazy yellow - orange, with a thin white cap for a head. The aroma is artificial watermelon, think Jolly Ranchers or Hubba Bubba. Light bodied, the flavor is, well, watermelon. It is not as sweet as I expected, and the finish is actually on the dry side with some very distinct watermelon seeds and rind, which saved this for me. It is unique, a summertime novelty. I wouldn’t buy it again, but this one was good. Points for originality.

Tap. Light hazyish yellow orange with a white head. Loads of watermelon in the aroma, and comes a little too close to artificial for me. Semi-sweet, very fruity, and very watermelon driven....bit too much. Lighter to medium fluffy body. I had a hard time with this.

From tap at Rattle’N’Hum. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is watermelon and fruity. Sweet and light fruity flavoured. Mild bitterness too. Ends medium dry.

Pours pale yellow into a shaker. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Watermelon cube and marshmallow aromas. Soft with watermelon upfront turning to marshmallow and butterscotch in the medium length finish.

The pour is interesting with a nice head. Aroma is watermelon (shock!) and malt. Not much hop at all. Medium to thin in body with a lot of carbonation. Flavor tastes like someone dropped a jolly rancher in my beer. I couldn’t even finish one 12 oz bottle of this. I give them credit for trying, but yuck.

Received 12-oz bottle from Mystery Swap. Pours a clear golden pale colored brew with a thin off-white head that quickly dissipates clean. Aroma of sugared candy suckers, a hint of candied lime, and some golden grain malt. Taste is medium bodied, with sweet candied watermelon sugar, some golden grain malt and some floral hops. Finish is quite sweet, pushing into the alcopop territory with a candy sugar aftertaste. It’s different.

Bottle sampled at LIC beer fest - arouma is actually pretty nice... the watermelon esters really come through (which makes me doubt that it’s the real fruit). Sweet caramel and a touch of acidity. Decent.
