330 ml bottle from Wasnana’s in Germany. Pours a clear and gold color with lots of action in the glas and a white pearly head. Aroma is sweet peat, malt, citrus and other spices. Taste is an aggressive spicy malt. Palate moves to an unexpected smoothness. Quite nice

Thanks to jonas for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts mild, modest dry, a bit metallically. Finish a bit unbalanced. Okay.

Pours a clear and golden beer. The aroma is malt with grass. The flavor follows the nose. Overall a boring beer.

0,33 l bottle BB 12.12.12 Organic beer bread, cereal, herbs, leaves, golden, clear, frothy, white foam, medium sweetness, lightly bitter, tart, medium body, thin feel, lively. Won’t buy it again.

Die Schaumkrone hält nicht so gut. Geruch malzig, hopfig-grasig, grasig-alkoholisch. Der Geschmack ist grasig hopfig, grasig-herb, im Nachgeschmack wird er immer grasig-herber. Dieses Bio Bier ist mir zu grasig und spektakulär ist es auch nicht. Können die Celten gerne selber trinken. Fazit: Naja, Bio-durchschnitt! The beer in the glass is crystal clear and pale yellow, with a high, white head. The beer smells hoppy sweet, slightly grainy. Starts scratchy-hoppy, with metallic and chemically sweet flavors. The middle part also has metallic hop flavors, it’s overdone and the bitter flavors are very artificial. Goes in a hoppy sweet finish, coupled with metallic-bitter hop notes. Not very successful!

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Golden colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is bready malts, some hay, grains and mild wooden notes. Flavour is mild spices, some herbs, grains, hay and also quite sweet malts with only very mild bitterness.

Fruchtiger Geruch, etwas muffig. Hopfig im Antrunk, wirkt das Bier im Mittelteil eher unbedeutend malzig mit brotigen Tendenzen. Das Ganze flacht zum Abgang hin ab und offenbart keine neuen Geschmackseindrücke. Nicht mein Fall.Test vom 23.9.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Pours pale clear yellow colour with medium head. Aroma is grass, light citrus, some butter, hay toffee and caramel at the end. Flavour of citrus, butter, caramel and light toffee and hay. Medium-bodied, light carbonation, slick palate.

Pours a clear bright yellow colour with a small white head. Lazy bubbles. Aroma of sweet malts, vegetables and some herbal notes. Flavour of sweet dry malts, grassy bitter hops, vegetables and some herbs. Medium bodied with a finish of sweet malts and honey. Weird beer.
