One of our favorite styles, we brew this beer with only authentic Castle Pilsner malt from Belgium. A rich complex aroma of ripe fruits and spices are produced by the Belgian yeast strain used to make this beer. Saaz hops provide a spicy bouquet that complements the style. Some sugar is used in the boil to make this beer drier and stronger.

Hazy golden pour with a white head. Spicy, clove forward aroma. Grape juice, banana, and some citrus peel. Cotton candy and sugar sweetness. Intense sweetness of sugar, caramel, bubblegum, and cotton candy. Clove spiciness, orange, banana, grape juice, and pear. Not bad, just too sweet.

On tap at Bruski Burgers & Brew in Poway, CA. Clear, golden color with an off-white head and excellent lacing. Aroma of lemon, spices, light fruit, banana and crisp malt. Taste of lemony citrus, cloves, coriander, light fruit, banana and light malt. Medium/full body and medium carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Keg at the taproom, 15/11/14. Clear golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is thinnish, lemon rind, straw, yeast esters. Taste comprises much the same, Belgian yeast esters, candied fruit, citric notes, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, trace of booze in the close. So so, carries little depth ABV considered.

On tap. Clear deep golden with a fizzy white head. Sweet caramel, grape, and apple aroma and taste with some nice malty vanilla notes and a thick chewy palate. Nice.
