Our version of this classic style exported from the UK to Caribbean expats features dark roasted chocolate and caramel malts along with flaked oats and roasted barley create a delicious meal in your mouth. With a strong aroma and flavor of toasted coffee beans, cacao, and roasted plum/raisin flavors paired with earthy tones of Kent Golding Hops from the United Kingdom this balanced stout is perfect with sweeter foods and deserts or just to chill by the fireside. Our stout is also available cold steeped with Santos coffee beans on nitrous tap at the brewery only. Every day is St. Paddies day when you’ve got an O’Connors!

Listed as Oatmeal Stout at the brewery. Black pour with an off-white head. Roasted malt, chocolate, and coffee on the nose. Subtle sweetness of oatmeal and graham cracker. A touch acidic, maybe a bit watery in terms of the flavor. There’s plenty of roast and coffee, some dark chocolate, too.

On tap at the brewery. Pours dark brown with a beige head. Nose is roast, coffee, chocolate. Flavor follows with some oatmeal. A bit watery for a stout. Overall tasty and enjoyable.
