Transatlantic collaboration between two of the a the world’s best brewers, a fruity pale ale brewed using Sierra Nevada’s hops, malts from the UK and something called a ‘hop torpedo’ which intensifies the hop aromatics.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Ĺrhus. Pours cloudy golden with a white head. Nose has a little butter. Thankfully non of that later - citrus, marmelade, strawberry and hayish malts. Dry and bitter. Smooth also. Hmmh. Not in prime condition!

Keg @ Birmingham Beer Bash July 14. Pours gold with big white head. Good hop profile, citrus, juice, hops.. some grassiness before a subtle bitter bite. Decent.

500ml bottle (Birofilia2014, Zywiec)
Boring aroma, some sticky malts, some aromatic hops. Dishwatery taste. Watery and lemony. Thin. I can tell they use lemon fairy liquid to clean their kit, but they don’t rinse well enough. Weak shit, scroll on past...

On tap at the Hare and Billet, Blackheath. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Pear, baked apple and light malt aroma. Lots of fruit in the flavour- pear, banana. Fruit laden action. Good stuff.

Pale blond. Citrus aroma, quite lemony. Really light and easy to drink with slightly sharp citrus. Feels juicy. Bitterness is not over the top. Quite crisp, dry, thirst quenching.

Pours a clear middle yellow with a hearty white cap. The smell is grain, citrus, candy sugar. The taste is floral, citrus, grain and a bit of sweet light malt. The body is Light+ with nice carbonation. A solid well integrated pale ale...I probably shouldn’t have had a Heady Topper before it!

Butelka 50cl.

Tap. Clear golden color. Small size, white head, stays. Dirty cloth, wort, fruity, sweet, bit yeasty aroma. Perfume, malty, faint fruity taste. Low bitterness. Light body. Boring.
