Craft Islington. Keg. Clear and bright paleish gold beer. Little white head. Palate is airy, softish and semi dry. Fresh skunky hops and what tastes like lager malt. A sprinkle of nuts. Mild minerals. Finishes dry. Interesting!

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Keg at CBC Islington, London. Pours clear yellow, effervescent, with a tight, white cream head. Bright lemon, straw and pee in the nose. Light, almost medium sweet flavor with brisk, bright lemon, some dry grass, lime, pine needles. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Super fresh, clean finish, lots of understated citrus fruits, light bitterness, a bit of pee, lime, lemon. No, it isn’t heavy-handed, but it’s the most drinkable and fresh beer of the night.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Keg at Pivni, York. It pours clear golden yellow with a small white head. The nose is straw, farmyard, soft fruit, light citrus and touch of varnish. The taste is quite soft, straw, dough, understated bitterness, summer fruits, light lemon and grapefruit with a dry finish. Light-medium body and average carbonation. Ok. Not a bad beer by any measure, just a bit light and restrained.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Keg @ CBC Islington. The pour’s a light gold color with a medium eggshell white head. The aroma’s a bit faint. Notes of soft summery fruits, apricot. A bit of tropical pineapple and pine cone. A bit of acerbic salt grass and piss. The taste is chalky lemon cake, a bit of grass. Nice, crisp bitterness on the finish. Light body, pretty fizzy. Overall, a enjoyable warm weather beer. Understated tastiness.
