From cask @ Borefts 2012. This is dark brown in color and it has a bubbly sidesticking a bit dissapointin I-have-given-up head. On the nose it’s definitely not extreme, but I get tones of honey, wood and something dark fruity-sweet. As mentioned not extreme, but it’s subduedly nice in it’s own way. In taste it’s quite delicious! Flat on the cO2 with a thin oily mouthfeel. A strong sweet chocolate flavor with subtle wood-hints. Woody-dry definitely and there is also a soft watery licorice flavor in this one. 30.09.2012

On cask Coach and Horses, Dronfield - An almost black body with a bubbly tan head. Light malty aroma. Oaky, peaty taste with a hint of whisky, a bit smoky, but very drinkable, I know, we went back for seconds... and thirds... you can guess the rest. Messy.

Cask, The Sheffield Tap, Sheffield, UK. Deep brown, slight ruby hue, thick off white head. Muted cocao and camp fire aroma, with a slight sweetness from milk chocolate. Smooth, creaminess then an immediate smokiness very similar to a palatable cheese. Finishes milky with more chocolate to end it.
