Pours a deep brown in colour with a tan head. The smokiness of the peated malts is matched by a smooth taste of toffee, caramel and dark fruits.

Porter cremosa con un gusto ricco e intenso, dominato dal caffè e dall’affumicatura persistente, con note di cioccolato, malti tostati e un tocco di liquirizia. Davvero speciale.

A colablack beer with a beautiful light brown and big head. The nose is strongly roasted, some salt liquirice and smoke, also coffee. Good aroma that is surprisingly fresh. Taste is strongly roasted that is balanced with a nice sweetness and the overall taste is not too dry, some chocolate, hint of bready malts. Medium bodied, quite smooth carbonation. Succesfully Porter, nice balance despite of strong roastiness.

Nice smokey subtly balanced malty roasted porter with some resin notes. Good beer, not too overwhelming, very well made and balanced.

500ml bottle. Darkest brown, quasi black colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, tan head. Roasty and slightly smoky dark malty aroma, hints of ham and ashes. Taste is dry, roasty dark malty, slightly smoky, a touch of malt lozenge, subtle malt sweetness, a mineral touch.

50 cl bottle.Thanks lusikka!
Pours dark red-brown color, small off-white head. The first thing on the nose is charcoal from a overly grilled sausage, smoke and burnt malts, some wood and faint peat also. Malty and burnt flavor, ham and some caramel. Unique and quite tasty.

500 ml bottle. Pours a black colour with a beigeish head. Aroma of roastiness, leather and quite meaty sausage-by-the-campfire like notes and charcoal. Flavour of roastiness, meat, grass, biscuit and some mild berryish notes. Medium bodied and smooth mouthfeel. Probably the meatiest beer I’ve ever had.

500 ml bottle from Redmonds. Dark brown, frothy, foamy tan tinted of white head. Roasted and smoked malt nose. Coffee, chocolate, roasty notes in the flavour, not much smokiness. Decent body, medium carbonation. Short enough finish.

50cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - opaque brown to black with a nice fawn head. Nose - smoked peat with some earthy chocolate notes. The combination goes down the charcoal route. Taste - creamy, smoky & earthy. Just a little toffee that comes round more as the glass goes down. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly fresh finish considering the style. Overall - yep, does the trick!
