COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pours a deep brown in colour with a tan head. The smokiness of the peated malts is matched by a smooth taste of toffee, caramel and dark fruits.

Draught @ Sheffield Tap. Black coloured beer with a medium dense brown head. Smokey bacon meaty roasted malty noted aroma. Full creamy palate. FInish is again rather smokey bacon like hinted with a roasted creamy touch. Really good.

Cask conditioned at The Cross Keys, Chester. Dark brown with tan head. Rich malts to the fore with a caramel, smokey flavour with some sweetness and berried fruitiness. Good depth. Very decent pint.

Dark brown body, medium khaki head, spotty lacing. Roast, smoke, a little peat, caramel, and chocolate. A nice smokey/peaty porter. Medium to full bodied, moderate carbonation, nice lingering finish. Quite enjoyable.
