Gravity cask at St Albans beer festival. Maroon color. Aroma of burnt toast. Taste is roasty coffee grounds. Light body. Better than the baby version, which I had a Borefts a couple of years ago.

Cask at Tap and Bottle Knutsford. Pours thick off white sparkled head, dark black body with dark amber highlights. Fruity malts on nose, ditto taste with a light smoke and coffee notes. Classic mild. Very drinkable but sadly not a beer to shout about.

Dark, smoky with a decent hop/malt balance and a decent dry finish. A touch watery and itís nothing spectacular to be honest but itís decent enough.
