American Pale Ale
Golden in colour Chiron offers a superb balance of tart hops, juicy malt and tangy fruit while the lingering finish offers a hint of apricots and tangerines before a biscuity malt and hoppy finish.

2014/07/22 - Pours a clear orange-gold colour with a small, fizzy, white head that quickly dissipates. Negligible lacing. Aroma is citrus, tropical fruits, pine, floral hops and caramel. Taste is citrus, pine, caramel, biscuit and some mildly spicy hops. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel, average carbonation and a crisp, mildly drying finish. Nicely balanced. Light enough to have a few on a hot day. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500ml bottle. Pours a bright, orange with a one finger, near white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma has big, juicy notes of orange citrus, tropical fruits, mild pine and resin, and a touch of bread and spicy hop. Taste is bitter but balanced. Bread mixed with caramel, spicy hop, pine, citrus, and a but of resin. Medium body and carbonation. Clean in the mouth. Overall pretty tasty. A bit mote spicy on the taste than the big, juicy citrus aroma would lead you to believe.

neuromatt (1169) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 16, 2014
500 mL bottle from the LCBO, served in a stem glass. Pours clear golden with a moderate, off-white head that fades to a thin remnant and leaves a small amount of fine lace. The nose has big notes of citrus with pine, caramel, biscuity malt and slight pepper. The flavour is balanced between a moderate hoppy bitterness with pine and citrus paired with a moderate caramel-biscuit malt sweetness. The finish is short and fairly clean with just a hint of hoppy bitterness. On the palate it is light in body with a dryish texture and average carbonation. Overall, an acceptable light and summery ale, but even for a pale ale, it lacks in body and hop character. The hops in particular could be ramped up substantially. 2014-07-16

500 mL bottle. Pours pale golden with a lacy white head. Fruity and piney hop notes with nectarine, mandarin, citronella and grape; light caramel malt notes. Dry with a slightly bitter finish. Light bodied with full carbonation. A good thirst quencher with unique hop tones.

Bottle from the LCBO, Mostly clear medium amber with a large fluffy white head that lingers. Nose is dominated by citrus and light caramel. Sweet toffee and honey start with a tart fruit middle of lemon and peach and a long medium bitter finish. Light medium mouth with active carbonation. Quite enjoyable.
