American Pale Ale
Golden in colour Chiron offers a superb balance of tart hops, juicy malt and tangy fruit while the lingering finish offers a hint of apricots and tangerines before a biscuity malt and hoppy finish.

Bottle. Pours clear gold with a couple of fingers’ of white head. Hints of citrus and grass with a medium body. Hops linger on the palate. Well-integrated. Hoppy with a bitter finish

Pours a sudsy tangerine dream into the glass. For a pale ale, it is lost somewhere in the Atlantic: not quite hoppy enough for an APA but more aggressive than the English original. And I’m ok with that. The most interesting thing here is the floral citrus note -- lets get all wine critic fancy & call it orange blossom -- that sustains throughout each sip.

Nice pale ale, with perfect aroma.. However a bit too citrussy for my taste and a bit too dry. But nice.

Clear amber golden colour, firm white head. Aroma of hops, rather fruity, apricot, malts and straw. Sweet malty flavour, hops, light bitter. Malty finish, bit sweet, light tea biscuit. Nice!

Bottled 500ml. -from Vrutak Zagreb. Golden coloured, small white to off-white head, pleasant citrusy hoppy nose. Moderate malty, citrusy and flowery hoppy with mild bitter grapefruity finish. Dry also finish. Nice one but not the best value for the money I’ve paid (almost 5€).

bottle. Poured slightly hazy amber with a big fluffy off-white head. Aroma loaded with hops, citrus and pine notes. Medium body, creamy carbonation, almost buttery mouthfeel. Flavour of bready malt paired with refreshing herbal hops. Finishes with tangy citrus and a slightly metallic dryness.

bottle from Darts Farm Topsham. Lovely hop aroma, as expected. Malty base supports the intensive hops well. Gossberry and citrus fruit and a touch of lemongrass. Delicious.

Citrucy aroma, biscuity malts. Flowery, floral citrus finish. Medium to low bitterness. A superb drinking apa, not over the top, just enough hops to keep you coming back.
