American Pale Ale
Golden in colour Chiron offers a superb balance of tart hops, juicy malt and tangy fruit while the lingering finish offers a hint of apricots and tangerines before a biscuity malt and hoppy finish.

Rating 1300. 50cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours a dark golden colour with a nice lacy head. The nose has pine and grapefruit. There’s more grapefruit and grapefruit pith on the taste. The palate is light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long clean refreshing finish. Overall, I think I could drink this all afternoon!

Bottle, 500ml. Clear golden with a large frothy offwhite head. Aromas of fruity hops, cereal, soap. Medium to light bodied with moderate to fizzy carbonation. Low sweetness and bitterness. Light, but with a deep hoppiness. Pleasant but mild.

Bottle, 500ml. A clear golden beer with a big foamy white head. Aroma is of citrics, orange, grapefruit, hops and a hint of pine resin. Taste is bitter with an acidic finish that reminds me of lemon and mint. Medium to light bodied with considerable carbonation and astringency. A very refreshing summer beer.

Bottle. Pours a clear pale golden colour with fluffy white head. Aroma of orange, lemon meringue, some grapefruit, some herbal notes and biscuit. Taste of orange, lemon, some grapefruit, subtle pine, biscuit, caramel and some grassy hops. Medium bodied and moderate carbonation. A crisp, grainy finish with herbal hop bitterness. A decent APA but it’s not hoppy enough. Nice though.

Really quite thick and syrupy. Hoppy aroma. Deep flavours belies the rather subtle look of it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

500ml bottle served in a pint glass. Pours a pale but clear yellow color forming a big and creamy white head. Good persistence and some lacings left in the glass. Strong notes grassy and flowery hops in the nose. Strong notes of sweet pale malts too. Quite biscuity and fruity. Grapefruit and orange zest. Slightly sweet upfront. Again, very grainy and fruity in the mouth too. Pale malts mainly. Hops are grassy and flowery mainly. Medium bitterness. Light body, good carbonation and a good grainy and grassy aftertaste. Easydrinking. Well done Pale Ale. Thornbridge quality.
