Clear golden with a white head. Refreshing piney fruity flavours. Maybe a touch on the watery side for a 5% beer, but a very quaffable pale all the same. Good stuff.

Bottle, from Waitrose, Willerby. Gold, thin but lasting white head and muted condition. Delicate but insistent herbal hop notes, hints of pepper and a gentle fruity graininess in the nose, dominant flowery hop bitterness in the mouth with a background of citrusy fruity malt to provide a little balance, finish has a lingering malty sweetness and a pleasant fruity herbal happiness tinged with citrus

Finwe (420) - Grankulla, FINLAND - JUL 18, 2015
Draught at Old Bank, Turku. Clear brownish orange with an off-white creamy head. Pine and floral elements accompanied with sweet malt in the aroma. The flavour starts bitter and hoppy, but is rounded by sweet maltiness towards a balanced finish. Quite low carbonation. A high-class Pale Ale from Thornbridge.
