American Pale Ale
Golden in colour Chiron offers a superb balance of tart hops, juicy malt and tangy fruit while the lingering finish offers a hint of apricots and tangerines before a biscuity malt and hoppy finish.

Beautiful clear golden-light orange colour, with a one finger white head. Aroma is citrussy floral hops. Taste is sweet on the tongue with a fairly long bitter finsih. Nice oily texture which mixes well with the foamy head. Nice beer.

[9/27/16] Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas in Brussels. Golden. Aroma of stale hops and a light wort note. Flavor has graininess and bitter stale hops. Medium-bodied. Not fresh.

Tap at Highbury. Lovely hoppy nose with some stone fruit and grape notes alongside some faint citrus. Easy drinking with a well-balanced palate. Not overly bitter on the finish with a slightly soft mouthfeel. Very well done and enjoyable.

Bottle from Booths in Ripon. Pours goldn with a big frothy off white head. Pleasant citrus aroma. The taste has lemon citrus with some marmalade notes. Grapefruit also. Pleasant bitter finish. Decent.

500ml bb 12/2016. Bref: US-exotichopped bitter goes granulated peach ice tea. - The citric hop pellets almost grind between the teeth, giving off condensed hop oil doses to the point of granulated ice tea fruitiness (Tangerine, dried peach, sweet tea). Nevertheless pleasant candy drinking with a delicate malt base and plastic decadent edge. Hm.

On tap at The Craft Beer Co, London-- Pours clear golden with thin white head. Nose is weedy. Aromas are toasted malts, herbal hops. Average carbonation, low body. Short bitter finish. Bad surprise. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap (Craft beer Co - London). Color : clear golden ale with almost no white head. Nose : malt, yeast. Aromas : citrus, cereals. Low carbonation, low bitterness, really annoying.

(1862-300616)

500ml bottle from private import, condition for buying 3F Framboose. Best before 18.08.16. Aroma: strong biscuit malt, really really shy citrus combined with some spices. App: cloudy copper, minimal white head, little lacing. Taste and palate: medium body, quite malted: caramel, biscuit, soft to moderate carbonation, light dry bitter finish. Overall: pretty meh as expected. Well done but I guess this is meant for those liking a strong malted apa. Not your east coast apa. Probably not fresh. Won’t finish the bottle for sure.
