American Pale Ale
Golden in colour Chiron offers a superb balance of tart hops, juicy malt and tangy fruit while the lingering finish offers a hint of apricots and tangerines before a biscuity malt and hoppy finish.

Golden color with a small white head. The nose is full of tropical fruits, citrus, grapefruits and some floral notes, as good as it gets.. The flavor is a spicy bitterness with citrus undertone. And a malty and hoppy finish.

Pours amber with medium to small white head. Aroma is quite sweet and resembles fruits, not so many citrus notes. Taste is very mild, some sweet notes can be felt with a slight sour finish. Low body but pleasant for a hot summer night.

50cl bottle at home from Thornbridge, Bakwell. Nose is citric, grass. Body is clear fizzy orange golden, head is big, white, rocky, mostly lasting, good lacing. Aroma is biscuit, tropical fruits, grass, pine, green tea. Medium sweet, light citric sour. Finish is short lasting fruity hoppy medium bittersweet. Light body, slick texture, average carbonation. Easy, refreshing summer beer, just a bit weak bit watery, not bad though.

On tap @ Hopaholic, Budapest: Blonde color. In the beginning, slightly muted light caramel malt aroma that opens up after a while. White grape, pithy peach type fruitiness with a citric sour finish. Very enjoyable.
