A golden summer ale made with a selection of American and Slovenian hops, Maris Otter Pale Ale and Crystal malts and infused with freshly picked Derbyshire Elderflowers. An initial aroma of elderflower and a clean and zesty flavor. Fresh and grassy hop characters and a light, refreshing bitter finish make this beer the ideal warm weather pint. The elderflower character lingers long after swallowing.

Cask at Coach and Horses Dronfield - A light gold appearance, a small white head, with a very flowery nose. First taste gives a herb taste, elderflowers allegedly, but more like a weak IPA. Still very nice, and went well with the weather.

Cask at GBBF 2011. Citric golden color. Very flowery aroma with elderberry. In the flavor elderberry comes first with a more traditional golden ale finish. Sweetish with low bitterness. Delicate honeyish and nutty maltiness in the background.

Third-pint served nicely chilled down at the B1Seacole Bar, GBBF ’11. Shiny surface to a deep golden body. Mild citric and floral nose. Airy taste of lemony hops added by a smooth touch of spices. Light velvet palate with dry bitter endnotes. Clean and refreshing (Earls Court, London 02.08.2011).

Cask - Craft Beer Co., Clerkenwell, London. Poured a golden orange with a lasting creamy, bubbly white head. Floral aromas, estery citrus notes, yeast & elderflower. Similar on the tongue, quite smooth & creamy, predominantly sweet with a relatively short bitterness though a lingering floral sweetness. Light to medium body, fairly crisp palate texture.
