Cask, Loughborough Fest 08. Golden brown with a small head. Aromas are sweet toffee malts with lots of spicy, peppery notes. Rich and warming. Flavours are caramel and toffee malts with herbal notes. Spicy pine hops. Simple yet tasty.

Cask@Loughborough Beer Festival 2008. Golden beer with a lightly roasted and fruity aroma. The flavour is plainly dry. Overall an average beer.

Cask conditioned - gravity dispense - Leicester BF. A light amber coloured beer served in great condition. The aroma is so inviting. Full fresh piney hops. I could have sat and smelled this forever. The taste is beautifully full and long with more great hops and a superb chewy malty backbone. Good alcohol notes. Very tasty and definitely modern American in influence

Cask at the Leicester Beer Festival. This amber-coloured beer is thick and chewy, and like all Thornbridge Hall beers, very full-flavoured. It’s got loads of sharp bitterness from the hops and also a deep sweetness. It was almost a bit much.

A Mes rate: Gravicask at Sussex Beer Festival.
Prioritised as first beer of the day and I wasn’t let down. Attractive golden brown colour with a slim white head. Nice, heavily hop fronted IPA. Grassy, aromatic and close to resinous. Really tasty tangy bitter finish. Jolly good, just as expected.
