Very pale yellow color. The bitterness is well rounded by the body and supported with the carbonation and the sweet notes. The taste is neither to dry nor to oily. This beer could almost be mistaken for a pale ale at first (if you are not irritated by the 7.4% alcohol and the writing "imperial IPA"), but it develops a more oily taste and changes some of the bitterness to more sweetness.

It pours yellow with a white head and lacing. There are citrus aromas with pineapple. It citrus flavors with roasted elements from the malts. It is moderately bitter.

50 cl bottle from Špunka in Tallinn (€ 3.75). BB 12.08.2015. Pours a lovely, slightly hazy pale golden colour with an off-white head with good retention and some lacing. A rather disappointingly modest aroma for what they state is an IIPA. I get some tropical fruits, mostly dried and sugared pineapples and mango, bitter citruses... Opens up later, giving off a more musky character, with warmer, sweet piney-resiny and biscuity, cat-pee-y notes. Floral and mawkish. (Decided to give it a 6 instead of 7 just before posting the review.) It’s slighly off-putting. Would love to know the hops in this. Taste is more intensely hoppy with lemon and lime dominant, also a piney-resinous bitterness, but playing well together with a sweet malty backbone, whereas finishing with a grapefruity bite. Body around medium, carbonation below average but with a certain prickle, palate near smooth. Not a hint (well okay, maybe a small one) of the 7.4% ABV. An enjoyable brew, more full than I’d like my IPA’s and less ballsy than I’d like my IIPA’s - let’s say this is a nice crossover, only a bit too sweet for my liking.

Una IPA anglo-americana, con perfil ingles de Malta y levadura -mermelada de naranja, plum cake de pasas- con sensación de bombón de licor en una boca densa, golosa y redonda

0,50 bottle got in Serbia, courtesy of markoijelena. Thank you. Pours pale golden-yellow, hazy with a medium white foamy head which leaves lacing and bubbling spots on the surface. Nose: lime, grapefruit, tropical fruits, pungent tartness. Just a hint of caramel which does not disturb. Mouth: solid bitterness all around the palate starting from the first sip, a lovely hint of sweet jam, tons of lemon and citrus.

Bottle; pours cloudy gold with a thin white head; tropical fruit aroma with a little caramel and pine; taste starts light sweet with caramel and malt before the fruity bitterness takes over; has a nice bitter finish; drinks smooth
