Aroma is lovely fresh mixed fruits, canned pineapple, floral citrus, straw. Flavour is composed of raw pale grains, straw , pineapple and pithy lemon citrus, little grassy. Palate is grainy , highish carbonation, crisp finish. Assertive pithy drying hop bitterness. Really quite punchy. Really quaffable.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Jul. ’15. A 0.5 l bottle from Mali ducan, Split. It poured hazy golden body with medium to big head. Fine grass, citrus and floral aroma, but moderately, not so pungent as we all are used to in this style. Also lightly soggy. Flavor was bitter, herbal, flowery with silky biscuit malt sweetness. Nothing too extravagant here, but very balanced and pleasant. A bit more herbal towards the finish. Medium to full body in which alcohol was extremely well hidden. Tasty and very good English IPA, but way different than current craft trends.
