50cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours golden with a nice head and an oily haze. The nose has pine and intense lemon and lemon pith. The taste is more grapefruit and grapefruit pith. The palate is medium bodied and textured with a long zingy finish which isnít too dry. Overall, very balanced indeed.

Bottle from LCBO. Fresh citrus and tropical aroma. Hazy yellow. Floral, fruity (citrus and tropical), sweet, with a sharp bitter finish. Sticky body.

Golden pale medium to light body without much of a head. Aroma of citrus, full of lemon. Great bitter taste of lemon, lemongrass and a caramel note. Not a long aftertaste.

Ładny aromat, mango, skůrka cytrynowa. Kolor bardzo jasny słomkowy, piana dość ładna, fajnie krążkująca. Wysycenie raczej wyższe, z wyraźną wytrawnością.

Purchased from the LCBO on April 14th, 2014. 500mL Bottle, 7.4%ABV, Best Before: 20/03/15 Aroma: Notes of grapefruit, tangerine, oranges, fresh cut grass, sweet and tropical fruits, passion fruit, very fresh, extremely citrusy and very refreshing on the nose. Appearance: Pours a light golden yellow atop a cloudy, fluffy, pure white head. Colour is slightly cloudy and there are some remnants of sediment embossed in the delicious slurry. The head slowly dissipates, much slower than a normal IIPA, leaving a beefy protein rich lacing that screams freshness! Bubbles are small to medium in size producing a unique head about 1 cm thick for the whole duration of consumption. Taste: At first youíre hit with a citrus overload with sweet tangerine and bitter grapefruit. On the second and third sip itís pineapple and sweet mangoes. This beer is very hoppy but well balanced at the same time. There are flavours of pine and resin throughout that are balanced by the sweet yeasty, citrus flavours. Malt is almost non-existant with hops dominating, but this is the style and Iím in love. You would be missing out if you did not try this beer. Highly recommended. The best iíve had from Thronbridge so far. Palate: Soft, bubbly (almost has the feel of a guinness), itís very light and flighty. The carbonation feels almost like a nitro beer but not quite as airy. Thereís a slight oily feel followed by a bitter dry finish that leaves a lingering piney, resinous flavour in your mouth for many minutes after. Very dry finish. Great mouthfeel! Overall: This beer is a considered an IIPA but it is more like a well-crafted West-Coast IPA at only 7.4%, itís quite low for a IIPA in ABV. I would recommend this to the most distinguished beer drinkers, though.. Itís very citrusy with lots tropical fruity flavours leaving you thinking that youíre living on an island in the south pacific with only fruit and HOPS at your disposal! The look and palate of this beer does not disappoint. Pour this beer too quickly...Even at a 45 degree angle and youíll have a head 4 inches thick!!! The carbonation is unbelievable and second to none if you like flighty, light feel to your beer. It leaves a slick feel on the tongue and then squeezes it right out with a bitter super dry finish that leaves you yearning for more. This is an excellent piece of beer art! Good job Thronbridge!

Nice hoppy aroma. Some citrus hops, catty characteristics, and light malt. Hazy yellow with a long lasting white head. Looks great. Tastes very well balanced, upfront some tangerine and tropical flavors, finishes with some sweet malt and a hint of cattyness. Nice DIPA, if not overly complex, wish I could try this one very fresh. Medium bodied and average carbonation.

Pop the top off this bottle & the citrus bouquet will sucker punch you in the nose: deep tangerine pulp & squeezed grapefruit. Pours liquid gold with a slight white cap. What a great brew. Not as bitter as youíd like perhaps but thatís just diversity of the style. Will grab more from the LCBO shelves.

On tap at The Local Pub, Athens Greece. Yellow color, clear, with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon and grapefruit. Hoppy taste of pine lemon and grapefruit. Mild aftertaste. Light body with low to medium carbonation.

500 mL bottle. Hazy yellow with suspended sediment. The nose has strong resin, with a little tropical fruit underneath. The resin fades to the background in the flavour, and the semi-sweet tropical fruit moves boldly to the forefront. Not a tonne of bitterness, but thatís okay, because the flavour is great. Very drinkable.

500ml bottle from the LCBO (fresh, one hopes). Clear and incredibly bubbly gold with a large and lasting fizzy/foamy white head. Aroma is grass, lemon zest, light floral bitterness and a hint of biscuity slightly sweet grain - pretty decent. Taste - a little bit of dry acidity there, lots of lemon/lemongrass and for the trifecta, lemon zest - nice and refreshing, building alcohol. Light, very nicely carbonated, dry with an acidic zing in the medium finish - simple, but extremely refreshing. Possibly better on keg than cask but I will seek this one out on handpull my next trip to Blighty.
