Cask gravity at Notts BF 05. Just about my beer of the festival. Intense hop aroma. Pale gold with lasting white head. Citric hop is lovely. Grapefruit. Terrific in mouth and finish is excellent. Some sweetish malt in mouth to balance. Then gorgeous hop finish. Alcohol makes it a tad too sweet. Not that good on day 2 when Haddonsman had it.

Cask at "nd South Shields Beer Fest. An amber beer with a slight white head and an intense citrus fruit aroma, the same citrus notes carried on into the first mouthful, grapefruity, lemony, even piney spicey hops nicely balanced by the sweet toasted malt before a long bitter finish.

Cask at the GBBF 2008. Golden colour, low head. Lovely hoppy aroma with strong notes of tropical fruits. The flavour is a hoppy explosion of citrus and tropical fruits, on a distinctly sweet base. Long hoppy aftertaste. Very good.

330ml bottle at Finn’s in Tromsø. See-through, golden-amber body with a film-type head. Flowery hop aroma. Rather intense hoppy flavour with sappy oranges, pine notes and moderate maltiness. Lingering dry bitter tail. Skillful made brew (16.05.2008).
