Commercial Description:
Cask & Cold Filtered Bottle; Regular.
Typical of a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc wine, this wonderful South Pacific Ale has a great grassy nose with kiwi fruits in abundance. The wonderful fruity mouth gives way to a great bitter finish. 5.2%

Cask at the Derby Beer Festival. This is a very flavourful, very tasty beer with tropical fruit flavours at the start and a long, rewarding bitter finish. It’s authentically American tasting and, like a lot of Thornbridge beers, worth seeking out.

Cask ( The Rake,London) - Hazy golden in colour. Passion fruit and peach aroma which is very floral. Bitter, hoppy and fresh taste with passion fruit lingering in the finish. Excellent.

Cask at The Rake, London: Aroma is full of hops and citrus. The flavour is much the same, similar to the jaipur in a lot of ways. Very nice, very hoppy pale ale.

Huge citrussy aroma. Refreshing fruity taste with a back-of-the-mouth resiny bitterness. Well balanced, and very drinkable. In fact it’s downright gluggable. Reasonable hoppy finish - potent, but not overpowering.

Cask, gravity, at Derby Festival ’08. Gold. Grassy, floral hop aroma and citric taste. Mid bitter finish. I made a note that haddonsman attributed the character of this beer to the Sauvin hops, and I have no reason to doubt his opinion.
