Cask at the Euston Tap. Mostly clear, vibrant gold with a dense, pure white, creamy head. Honey, bready malts, orange citrus hops in the nose. Lightly sweet with cereal, mild veggies, earthy and floral bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Hops linger in the throat to finish, with mild warmth and caramel malts. Quite nice.

Cask at Blind Tiger. Creamy tan-amber pour with a sticky fluffy white head. The nose is a bit sweet and very biscuity with a soft herbal hoppiness. A little bit of herbal hop flavour on the back. It’s slightly astringent but it’s pretty nice.

Cask - CASK Pub & Kitchen, London. A golden amber beer with a lasting small & creamy off-white head that left a uniform lacing. Peppery hops, lemon sherbet, and some grapefruit/passion fruit as it warmed. Spicey hop flavour profile, not too biting with good lemon notes and floral hop overtones. Soft and light to medium in body with a medium length finish.

Cask conditioned at Minehead Beer Fest ’10. Gold to amber with white head. Crisp and biscuity body, nicely dry and bitter with an aromatic hoppy presence. The hop taste is green grassy with a hint of lime zest and finishing a little spicy. nicely drinkable, another good Thornbridge beer.

Cask, handpump at The Coach and Horses, Dronfield, 29-01-10 Pours amber with a touch of haze and a white filmy head. There is a bit of toast on the nose actually I’m begining to think that its more like a toasted popcorn but there is also a light citric fruitiness. Taste is toasty popcorn in the mouth, citussy with medium bitterness another very pleasant beer in an excellent pub. A6 A4 F7 P4 Ov13 3.4
