500ml bottle drunk at home thanks to Chriso who picked it up at Battersea BF. I’d had a sample of this at ACBF ’11 so I more or less knew what to expect. Very pale gold with a slight haze and lasting white head. Hoppy citrus lemon zesty aroma. Yes a tasty enough pilsner with only a slight hint of cardboard on the malts. Zesty hoppy finish is pleasant. Quite a fragrant finish. Not quite the finished article but getting there.

5th March 2011 ACBF. Very pale gold beer, little white head. Light palate, crisp and dry. Dry pale malt with good bittering hops. Finishes dry - in fact it’s too dry overall but the flavour is alright.
