Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay - straw, toasted, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110304]

Bottled. A hazy light yellow beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of straw, spices, and lemon. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, spices, and lemon on a lightly malty background. The body is light. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is grassy and slight cornish. Bitter, grassy and slight cornish flavoured. Dry and subdued fruity finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of madmitch76. Pours somewhat hazy yellow with a dense white head leaving some lacework. Lovely aromatic and flowery hops. Medium body, some clean and sweet maltiness, again these amazingly flowery hops leaving a solid bitterness. Clean and very well made Pils. 130711

Fruity aroma of grass and hops with notes of citrus.
Fruity flavour of hops, citrus peel and hay.
Hoppy finish.

Bottle at ACBF 2011. Clear yellow - white head. Soapy, zesty, herbal, fruity, light malty, hay, straw, nice medium bitterness, citrus. Pleasant.

500ml bottle drunk at home thanks to Chriso who picked it up at Battersea BF. I’d had a sample of this at ACBF ’11 so I more or less knew what to expect. Very pale gold with a slight haze and lasting white head. Hoppy citrus lemon zesty aroma. Yes a tasty enough pilsner with only a slight hint of cardboard on the malts. Zesty hoppy finish is pleasant. Quite a fragrant finish. Not quite the finished article but getting there.

ACBF. Very pale gold beer, little white head. Light palate, crisp and dry. Dry pale malt with good bittering hops. Finishes dry - in fact it’s too dry overall but the flavour is alright.

clear to slightly cloydy light yellow, smooth white head.
spicy dry, german hoppy aroma. dry.
flavor is malty, hoppy, sweet caramelly notes, but basically a flavorfull lager.
