A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

Bottle at home. Pours light yellow with medium sized white head. Aroma is spicy with citrus and pine. Taste is citrus and hops. Too much carbonation for my taste.

Pours a hazy straw gold liquid with a frothy white head. Aroma of grass, bread, hay, pine, resin, with citrus notes lingering all over the others, strong lemon zest. Taste starts out medium sweet and turns into a lingering bitterness. Full, creamy body with lively carbonation and a lingering, syrupy bitter finish.
At last, an IPA that’s a bit different. With all it’s grass and hay notes, it reminded me of a bitter, full bodied lager. Nicely balanced with citrus fruits from the hops and a toasty malt body.

Hazy amber beer, creamy white head. Orange peel aroma, some hop. Orange, grapefruit, grassy citrus, hop, lasting bitter aftertaste. Crisp and refreshing but dangerous at the strength.

330ml glass from local Tesco - Aroma: sweet with strong citrus. Appearance is very light golden with a fluffy head which quickly disappeared. Taste: some bitterness but mostly tropical sweetness. A very enjoyable beer, and doesn’t get boring.

Quite light in color, nearly straw. Tallish off-white head. Late spring in the country aromas, with blooming weeds, grass and orange blossoms. More beers need to feel like this, soft and velvety. Light sweet start, but an aggressive undertow of bitterness goes well into the finish and linger. A soft grainy sweetness does seem to be present throughout. 11/10

330ml bottle from local Tesco. Pours clear. Excellent pale colour. Light gold. Decent head and great lacing. Very lovely dankness in the aroma. Loads of resinous pine. Tropicality galore. Lovely ripe mango. Guava. Light lychee. Strawberry jelly. Professional. Taste is off-sweet to start. A solid dryness from the bready malt. Hint of brioche. Very pithy bitterness. There’s a taste-enhancing, umami, slightly salty note. Spicy. There’s a minerality to this. Long, crisp finish. A little juicy at the end. Slick on the palate. Medium to lightweight in the mouth. Fairly restrained carbonation. An OG beer right here!
