Keg at The Anderson. Pours a light yellow colour, with a thin white lacing. Lots of citrus, lemon aroma. Smooth palate... very well balanced.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle; amber, clear, thin smooth white head; lovely hoppy aroma, all tropical fruits; well carbonated; soft tropical fruit and citrus flavour - orange and soft grapefruit in particular; lots of hops in the dry, moderately bitter finish; incredibly well balanced despite the massive hop presence - it manages to be both delicate and powerful at the same time; really very good indeed.

Botella. Presencia limpia y color dorado y gran espuma blanca densa. Aroma citrico. Sabor fino muy al estilo ingles pero con buenas trazas dulces y final resinoso.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a dusty dull yellow. Did I get an old bottle? Skunky aromas, some herbal notes. Very good sweety biscuity flavours followed by a nice restrained bitterness. Balanced and good. The skunk wasn’t too bad...but it took away from the beer..

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle at Qbrick. Thanks to Kyoto Lefty for recommending this. Very pleasant West Coast sort of hop aroma. Hazy honey color. Smooth well-balanced initial; moderately sweet fruit in mid palate; very good balance in the finish. This is clearly influenced by the US style, but it’s gentler and more well-rounded in flavor. Medium body. Very good, tasty stuff.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle (500ml from Waitrose, Glasgow):
Strong with pine hops coming through along with some citrus fruits, a lot spice spice and some floral hops along with plenty of tropical fruit notes. This one was a pleasant surprise on the nose with some pineapple, grapefruit and even some lychee making up the rest of the nose.
Light amber with orange tinges and a very big, two fingers tall head that is part foamy, part bubbly looking and stays at about the same height for a few sips before reducing slightly in size.
Hop filled on the taste buds with a good tropical fruit backing and plenty of pine and floral hop flavours coming through. There is a little bit of a bitter grapefruit taste but nothing too severe and there is a nice orange and citric fruit taste following on from it. As you would expect from something with so many hops coming through, it is also quite a bitter beer.
Moderate carbonation and a medium mouthfeel, this one is quite a hop filled beer and quite dry in the finish. Lots of citrus in the mix and quite fruity as well.
Nice, very much like an American style IPA which wasn’t at all what I was expecting. This one is a beer I had heard a lot about prior to drinking it and my only regret is that I put off trying it for so long.

From bottle. Clear golden colour. Intensely hoppy flavour, very bitter but not unpleasantly so.
