UPDATED: FEB 1, 2007 Bottle, 5.9%. Cloudy golden colour. Soapy white head. Weak teaish hop aroma. Quite bitter hoppiness. So much aroma hops that it gets bitter and a bit rough. 6 3 6 3 15
Cask. Hazy golden colour. Quite hoppy aroma and flavour with an emphasis on flavour hops. 6 3 6 3 15

Bottle @ Torben Mathews tasting, Randers Bryghus. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are citrus, hops and malt. Nice dry bitterness.

( 500ml bottle ) Pours a pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of florals, grass, and biscuit. Flavor of grass, biscuit, citrus, and florals with a moderately bitter finish.

Bottle at Pre-ZBF 2010. Clear yellow - white head. Apples, fruity, grassy, flowery, light wheaty-like notes, herbal, sharpness, citrus, ok bitterness.

UPDATED: JUN 2, 2010 Bow bar edinburgh ... Very light yellow golden ... sharp quite bitter drying. very high hoped . Good balance but not my thing ... light amber ... sweet fruit ... mellow ... little honey

Straw colour. Nice loose foam. The aroma mixes some strong citrus and papaya with integrated butter, even a hint of pine. Fresh, bitter, piney beer with light diacetyl. Halfway between a hoppy bitter and a Seattle IPA, and a little bit of neither.

UPDATED: DEC 23, 2008 Cask gravity at Notts BF 05. Just about my beer of the festival. Intense hop aroma. Pale gold with lasting white head. Citric hop is lovely. Grapefruit. Terrific in mouth and finish is excellent. Some sweetish malt in mouth to balance. Then gorgeous hop finish. Alcohol makes it a tad too sweet. Not that good on day 2 when Haddonsman had it. Re-rate. on handpull at Coach & Wagon, Dronfield. The best pint of this Ive ever had in Thornbridges own pub too. Pure delight in a glass. The hop profile is just perfect for me. I love everything about this beer.

Cask at Horsens Beerfestival. Clear, pale golden-yellow with a small white head. Pine, hops and pineapplenotes in the aroma. Medium body with a piny and hoppy flavor and a well-hopped finish. Sorry, it just didn’t get me, but it’s on my list of "have-to-try-again"s. (061028)

Draft. White head atop clear apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, orange/grapefruit, some pine, light bread. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit/orange, some bread, light lime. Light-medium body, fairly easy drinking.
