A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

Stillage @ CAMRA York Beer Festival, november 07. Yellow color with a long lasting, medium, bubbly white head. Lots of citric hops on the nose with some pineapple notes and some mineral and sulphur notes. Citric, pineapple flavor with bready malts and an earthy english hops finnish. Nice. Medium palate, refreshing, very well rounded with a dry and refreshing palate. Very nice english IPA.

Purchased at the Dundas LCBO. Pours a hazy amber/ gold, some sedimentary floaties in there. Lots of carbonation bubbles. Fluffy white head, piles of lacing. Smells like orange citrus spice. Tastes brilliantly smooth and slightly bitter, quite refreshing.

Tijdens proefavond biergilde hoorn.

Cracking curry and a very pleasant IPA to go with it. I have very kind family and friends and I have a warm glow. Although that could be because of the amount of rum I’ve consumed. I have lots of rum. In fact, I have more bottles of rum than I do beer I think. More rum than a barber.
