A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

500ml. Small white head. Clear light color. Aroma of honey, flowers and apple. Taste is hops, rose leaves with a hint of chalk. Not too much here. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Stubbies (Gainesville, FL). Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. Nice citrus hop aroma. Taste has medium bitterness from the hops, but a good balance of sweetness from the malt. More highly hopped than most English IPAs I’ve had.

Gravity cask at the Peterborough Beer Fest Aug 08. Golden yellow with a white head.Lovely hoppy aroma with strong notes of tropical fruits. The flavour is a hoppy explosion of citrus and tropical fruits, on a distinctly sweet base. Long hoppy aftertaste. Very good.

UPDATED: DEC 16, 2014 500ml bottle served in a tulip glass. A: Pours a pale and clear yellow color making a medium very bubbled, fluffy soapy white head. Medium to low retention and lots of spotty and soapy lacings left in the glass S: Great in the nose. Wonderful hops. Piny, herby and citric. I would dare to say that the hops profile is quite American. Remind me Citra and Simcoe. Very malty too. Similar to Maris Otter but a bit more crispy T: Very malty upfront with strong notes of pine and citrus hops. Moderate hops bitterness. An English IPA after all. Quite dry and crispy. Not totally made of Maris Otter but it dominates it M: Light and watery body. Medium carbonation. Malty and piny aftertaste O: Great drinkability. Excellent English IPA with an American influence [ BA Review @ 10/19/2013 ]

UPDATED: DEC 30, 2012 (Sample from 50 cl bottle at CBF) Pours a clear golden with little white head and lace. Aroma is resiny hoppy. Oily texture with a full body, medium carbonation and a slightly sweet, malty finish. Taste is mildly bitter ith sweetness. Okay but I prefer hops that are more tropical fruit and less leafy.

Had this on cask. Gold color, pretty pale and slightly cloudy. Aroma is pretty funky, kind of like smelly feet. Very easy drinking. Mild hopping with a nice bitter finish. Not over powering at all.

Light gold colour, grassy aroma. Not as in your face as a west coast US ipa, but tasty, easy drinking.
