A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

Smells like liquid soap, tangy and fresh. A good IPA! Not that I’m IPA fan but it is drinkable.

Lichtgeel bier. Geur van hop, citrus en wat honing. De smaak is bitter, hoppig en fruitig (citrus). Een lekkere bittere nasmaak, die redelijk blijft hangen en wat zoetig wordt naar het eind toe. Lekker!

Pours clear and golden yellow with a dense white head. Aroma is crisp hoppy with a mild citrusy/peachy fruity accent. Sweet malty and light peachy flavoured. Medium sweet and light bitter with a lasting mild peach fruity finish

Draught at Bradford Brewery. Clear amber pour with almost no head. Very herbal aroma. Flavour has nice citrus notes. Very light. Tasted even better as it was on the house!

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a great deal of visible carbonation and a high, mixed-grain, just off-white, lacy head. Nose is lime, roses, wheat toast, and hard cheese. Sweet and stone fruit on the front, then with crisp bitterness coming in on the mid-palate; the bitterness turns herbal and citrusy, with clean biscuity notes and berry fruitiness as it moves to the back of the tongue. Very nicely balanced, with a clean hoppy finish. Well done.

Bottle at home - pale blonde with white head. Aroma - citrus/grapefruit. Taste - citrus. Good hoppy pale ale - but a little bit one note - lacked complexity

Bottle from Waitrose (£2.55). Pale lemon colour. Looking at my previous notes (tap and bottle) Jaipur is a bit hit and miss. It can be great, but this bottle isn't. Tropical, metallic and a bit flat. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
