A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

Cask flight at Ginger Man in NYC. Light golden pour with a light white head that laces nicely. Very faint Earthy hop fragrance. Taste is Earthy hops, sweet roasted pale malt and biscuit. Thin but slippery in the mouth if that makes any sense. Its velvety smooth. Piney hops linger in the palate. Nice but not great.

Cloudy amber with one finger of offwhite head. Nose is oxidized and aged, not sure how fresh this is. Herbal and piney hops on the nose with a bready character. Lightly bitter with lots of herbal and leafy hops. Hope to try this again.

50cl bottle. Pours a clear yellow straw color with a huge soapy white head. Long lasting foam. Aroma is hoppy with tropical fruits and some grass. Very nice. Taste is a bit disappointing though: the bitterness is very mild and not anywhere near where Id like it to be in an IPA. Flavours are quite balanced between malty sweetnes and hoppy bitterness. Grassy and floral. Thin in body and lively carbonation. Overall, its a 50/50 beer to me. Everything is great except for the flavour, which really laks in hops profile, bitternees, and fruity notes.

500ml bottle. Pour a slightly hazy, golden straw with a thick, fluffy, white head. Aroma is biscuity, with a nice spicy, citrusy hop presence. Taste has a spicy hop bitterness with a light grapefruity citrus note over a nice, biscuity and lightly sweet malt body. Mouthfeel is light bodied with moderate prickly carbonation.

This was all over the place in England (on tap). Clear golden, white head, clinging viciously to the glass. Smooth, gentle, low bitterness. A good swirl brings out a subtle aroma. A little late bitterness. A decent British IPA but just that. (on cask at a pub in London near Fleet Street)

Clear gold pour, white head. Aroma is maltier than I would have expected with a back note of some grassy and citrus hops. Flavor is lighter on the hops, some cereal grains and caramel.
