A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

Cask. Clear golden body, white head.Aroma of grassy and floral hops with some piney notes. Some malt, but not too caramelized. Very bitter, flavour seems to disappear in the bitterness. Some grapefruit, hard to say. Not balanced.

Tap @ stem & stein - pours a clear pale gold. Aroma is faint citrus & yeast. Taste is metallic and mildly bitter. The bitterness lingers so the beer becomes more bitter as you drink it. Its OK, a bit simple and one note for me.

Bottle from LCBO. Very pale with tons of floating sediment all around. Beautiful aroma of tropical and citrus fruits, with a hint of grassy hops. Taste is a mix of good and bad flavours. The good: citrus and tropical fruits, and some grassy hops (what the aroma leads you to expect). The bad: hay, farmyard, and soap. Body is too thin. Overall drinkable, but better (cheaper) IPAs are available.

Pours a light cloudy yellow with lots of sediment. Clean hop aroma. Taste - earthy, floral and grassy hops up front with a touch of lemon. A moderate sweet malt backbone that balances it quite nicely. A bit of a soapy aftertaste but overall pretty solid IPA. Didn’t know what to expect with an English IPA.

Bottle shared with (and courtasy of) Veitafan. Has a slightly dark straw-yellow colour with a small white head. The aroma is quite fruity with tropical fruits, citrus, pale mat, hay and a good dose of hops. The flavour is sweeter but with more grass and hops, and some sweet corn. A little bit dry in the end. Has a slick mouthfeel, and a medium bitterness. A well-balanced and solid IPA.

This IPA poured a cloudy, light yellow colour with a nice, big, foamy, bright white head. Little lacing. to the nose there are scents of corn, perfume, ginger ale, soda water, citrus hops and hay. First sip was smooth with flavours of lemon citrus, grass and hay. finish is lightly bitter with floral/citrus hop flavour lingering.

This my be somewhat missleading... Last brew of the evening and a bit enebriated.... Nice colour a dosen or so fingers head. (Seeing doubble atm) nice fragrsnce, light bodyed and powerfully hopped, low malt sweetness. A good way to round of the night...cheers ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
