A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

Thanks to Ungstrup - Unclear golden, big white head; Very pleasant nose a bit simple though, lots of hop, pine, orange, lemon; Huge carbonation, a little bitterness, pleasant; Very long finish, bitterness grows with time, hoppy aromas.

Very pale-yellow beer with a small, but rather persistent white head. Very citrus hoppy nose, dry hop bales, touch of honey or nectar, loganfruit or other, unripe exotic fruit. Very bitter-hoppy beer, touch of chicory, or other vegetable bitterness, quite aggressive, ending even a bit quinine-like. It’s not bad, but it lacks a bit of malt backing. I have an impression that very fine, delicate malts are used that can’t cope with the hop onslaught. A bit fizzy MF, and a rather aggressive burning. Not watery, but lighter bodied than a comparable USA IPA would be. Quite good, for the UK daringly bitter IPA, but it falls into another American habit: unbalance.

Pours light golden with a mostly receding white head. Aroma of English hops, with vinous, spicy and woodsy tones. Taste is lightly herbal with a musky citrus and spicy notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, with little to no carbonation from the cask.

Cask @ Devonshire Cat, Sheffield. Lighter yellow pour. One of the better casks to date. Healthy hop flavor, grassy, herbal hops flavor. Nice beer
