Handpull cask at the Criterion, Leicester. Mid- to dark gold, clear with a decent tight white head. Slight orchard fruit aroma combined with some grain and wiid shavings. Lovely full taste with sweet apricot at the fore. Full body for a beer of this strength and you can really savour the natural carbonation. Not one of Thornbridge’s absolute best but solid all the same.

ManVsBeer (8277) - Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JUL 18, 2014
Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a thin creamy head. Hopped with a high fruity sweetness - and too sugary to comfortably enjoy.

Cask @ The Hallamshire House, Sheffield [210314] [From memory as notes lost]
Has soft citrus tropical notes and similar flavours. Fairly hoppy, with soft sweet fruity malts, but not as hoppy as Kipling. Was quite decent as I recall...remember scoring it 3.4

Cask @ The Dolphin, Shrewsbury. Pretty uninspiring and quite mild for an American pale. Citrus is there, nice cool & smooth with some lemon and a touch of tangerine but it just lacks some bite.

Theydon_Bois (16438) - Tourist Town (West), Berkshire, ENGLAND - AUG 31, 2013
Cask at the Cask, Pimlico, 308/08/13. Another Thornbridge catch up rate ... surely I’ll run out of these soon ! Almost clear pale golden with a thin white head. Nose is citrus fruit, thinhops, melon, light piss. Taste comprises toasted malts, orange, grass, melon. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry finish with a little hop bitterness. Drinkable APA perhaps more GB than others of this ilk.

Beermack (725) - London, ENGLAND - MAY 27, 2013
Cask pint at Porterhouse, Temple Bar. Light Amber pour. Orange, light caramel, and herbs on the nose. Pithy grapefruit comes alongside the orange in the taste - quite juicy initially but then overtaken by light caramel and woody malt notes and a bit of pine. Lingering earthy, herbal bitterness as well as residual pine flavour. Tasty stuff.

Scopey (11971) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 23, 2013
Cask at the Sheffield Tap. It pours clear amber with a medium white head. The nose is zesty orange, tangerine, Irn Bru, wood and some urine. The taste is pine, oat, grainy, grass, light sweetness, orange and tangerine with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Smooth and pretty drinkable.
