Bottle 50cl, a clear yellow beer with good head. Nose is very hopy on grass and hay. Aroma is medium malty with a huge hops bouquet, very grassy and hay with high bitterness, grapefruit notes, well done beer and quite drinkable.

Mid orange to yellow with a weak white head. Distinctly grapefruit hop aroma and a touch of rose petal. Dry taste, starting with a powerful zesty grapefruit hop flavour, slightly green and floral, rose petals again, then a smooth malty taste that calms the raging citrus flavours. Dry, zesty hop finish. Over hopped!

Cask at Cask, Pub, and Kitchen, London. A golden beer with no head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Cask. Fruttata con malto e luppolo evidente, mai invadente, elegantissimo. Spettacolare!

Cask @ Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico SW1. Rating #6300. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy aroma. Sweetish malty hoppy citrus flavor. Has a sweetish mlaty hoppy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, orange, peach, light grapefuit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100802]

[3242-20100802] Cask. Odd herbal yeast and hops in the aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a quick foamy white head. Herbal notes continue in the flavour with mild leafy hops. Medium body. Not as wonderful as hoped, a little disappointing.

Cask på Sheffield Tap 30 Sep 10. Lys gylden. Uklar. Lavt luftig skum. Svak grapefruktaroma. Smaken i samme gate. God men uvariert.

Pale golden body. See-through layer on the surface. Nice aroma of floral hops and citric fruits. Blended fruity taste character with notes of lemon, oranges and grapefruits. Herbal dryness to a bitter finish. Half, cask that came on during our stay at Sheffield Tap in Sheffield half pint 30 Sep 10.

Cask at the Cask Pub & Kitchen, 2nd August 2010. Slightly hazy, light yellow. Strong grassy nose with hints of sulphur and eggs, almost meaty. Nice stuff.
