Cask @ CPK. The pour’s deep amber with a small head. The nose is caramel and jammy strawberry fruits. Some mild grass and roots. The taste is wonderfully balanced caramel, fruits and mild herbal hoppy bitterness. More floral and hoppy than your average bitter. Still, wonderfully easy to drink. A bit bready. Light body, soft carbonation. Very flavorful for 4%. Overall, for the style this is pretty excellent.
