3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask at The Holy Inadequate, Etruria. A clear deep amber colour with a thin white head. Aroma is malty of caramel, yeast, wood and berry fruits. Taste pretty much the same with balanced inclusion of grassy hops. Medium bodied and a smooth texture. A soft malty sweetness in the finish. A nice balanced beer, standard bitter really.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On cask at Hallamshire House, Sheffield - suspiciously like Lord Marples, but until the admins merge it, why not rate it. Absolutely nothing wrong with this, a bit bland, but so much better than so many others Iíve had this year. Nonetheless, I canít think of much to add to an average beer.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cask at the Victoria, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear medium amber with a big frothy white head and loads of sticky lace. The aroma is light malt, light hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a smooth creamy malt light hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A super smooth tasty and well kept session ale. I would drink this until the cows came home
