Bottle from Rehills Newcastle. Pours light orange, not much head. Flavours of tropical fruit, quite hoppy - what Thornbridge do best. Lovely

Bottled. Lovely pineapple and mango aroma, fruity and fresh on the tongue, very easy drinking and full of flavour. Soft caramel late on, grassy and a little sweetness. Another Thornbridge triumph.

Leighton (11863) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 14, 2014
Bottle at home in London - sourced from Ales by Mail. Pours totally clear gold with a creamy, slightly off-white head. The nose holds baked pale malts, slight lemony hops, some straw and tangerine. Light sweet flavor with lightly sweet pale bread, slight melon and pithy grapefruit, mellow bitter hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Nicely balanced on the finish, some further crispy pale malts, light biscuits, lemon rind. hay, grapefruit pith. A very drinkable beer.

500ml botte, pours clear golden, amber with just a few bubbles on the head, biscuit and caramel malt, piney hop, resiny, woody & floral notes leading to a long bitter finish. Body light with lively carbonation.

Bottle from Beer Gonzo, Coventry on the w/e of Worcester’s humbling of Coventry City 2-1 in the FA Cup. Had this at home Wednesday 12th November 2014 Pours copper in colour with bubbly off-white head. Hoppy burps so this hoppier than I thought. Aroma is pineapple cubes , it’s a little tropical with a little hoppy burn at the back end. I thought it was a tad boring at first but improved hugely as I continued supping. A little bitter orange, a dry finish, it tastes like a decent hoppy bitter. Good. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6

4.5% bottle that is simply titled Scrawl. Bright clear gold - amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. Thin malts, just enough to provide some sweetness. Hops are a nice combo of mellow skunk, mild pine and light limey citrus. Light finish. Thin but tasty. A Session IPA by todays standards surely!

4.5% bottle of "Scrawl" from Coppers, Newcastle. Amber coloured with sweet tropical fruit flavours, malt and citrus notes with orange and pine on the finish. Very good for a low-ish ABV IPA.

BenH (2505) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - OCT 21, 2014
Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl James. Copper with white head that disappears quite quickly. Aroma is delicious, pine, grapefruit and apricot. Flavour is a bit of a let down after the aroma, more malt forward, biscuit, cereal, caramel, also some resinous piney hops and grapefruit with a long earthy after-taste. Decent body and a bitter finish
