500 ml bottle @ Olympen, Oslo. Deep amber body with a nice beige head. Aroma has lots of citric fruit, grapes, some pine and dark malt. Flavour is sweet malty with a well-balanced fruity bitterness, hint of coffee and dark chocolate. Tasty, very refreshing and really well made.

0,5l bottle @ Kaisla. Pours hazy dark brown with a low tan head. Aroma is roasted malts and grapefruit. Flavor is malts, grapefruit and a hoppy finish. Very nice.

Dark clean ruby color, medium beige head with good lacing. Fruity hoppy aroma with notes of grapefruit, pine and berries. Taste has a lot of hops as well, with citrus, tropical fruits and some roasted malt, initially dry with bitter hoppy finish and sticky aftertaste. Medium body and soft carbonation. Interesting and enjoyable.

At Crowbar, december 28th 2012. Black bodied, lasting tanned head. Malty aroma with roasted malt and a light grapefruit presence. Taste is flowery, also roasted, with more fruity hops than the aroma; grapefruit, peach and orange. Good bitterness, dry malty finish. good, but it lacks the little punch I like in a CDA.

Draught @ Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan. Black colour with a medium head. Aroma of hops, fruit, malt. Flavour is malt, fruit, some caramel, some hops.

on draft , cost big $$$ for IPA....Smell....Floral very FLORAL....beyond fruit to Flowers.....super nice
Nose one of best features....smoothe balance of subtle Hops vs Malt...nice dryish finish on palate......Excellent....will seek out again ASAP

Has a all the classic moves, but just missing that je na sais quoi to be a classic. Maybe the slightly off putting lemony note from the Sorachi? Anywayz, it’s well balanced, big on the dark malts, lots of new world hops with a medium finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle 0,50L. Black coloured with some ruby shades and big, light brown head. Mostly hoppy aroma, combination of grapefruit and elderberry with some dark chocolate notes from the background. Chocolate bitter mouthfeel, dense, full bodied, creamy beer.

50cl bottle at Schouskjelleren. Pours very dark, almost black with a reddish hue and a beige head. Roasty and hoppy aroma with dark fruits, pine, malt, chocolate and hints of coffee, citrus and herbs. Sweet and roasty with a hoppy and bitter finish. Well balanced and very enjoyable. (2013-02-03)
